The Opportunity

We are looking at passionate and highly motivated seasoned leaders in the Communications domain for shaping and executing our internal and external communication strategies that align with Vedanta’s values and ethos. As we lead ahead with our next phase of growth, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating and leading the Communications strategy towards unlocking business value. S/he will work with the Executive Leadership Team towards driving key messaging from Vedanta across various channels. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company reputation. Focus on Innovation, Digitalization, Media, Analytics & ESG will be the key.

Chairman Branding & Digital Communication

The Successful Candidate:

Proven experience in corporate communications, content creation, public relations, preferably in a global organization or with senior executives.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, to create storytelling opportunities on topics like DE&I, Sustainability, EVP, Digitalisation

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Crisis communication expertise and experience managing high-profile issues.

Create compelling and engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles, and other communication materials – Corporate brochures, videos and reports

The incumbent should be well versed in global business trends, political environment, and government stakeholder

Knowledge of the natural resources industry or related sectors is a plus.
