Location: Dublin, Ohio

About this Position:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating vehicle sales with our valued customers. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and presenting, promoting, and selling new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

Establishes and builds strong rapport with customers in order to provide an enjoyable car buying experience

Assists customers in selecting a vehicle that matches their needs

Performs high-quality, professional vehicles demonstrations and delivery

Presents customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience

Ensures all customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, and warranty

Ensures timely follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients

Continuously develops product and sales acumen to become a product/services vehicle expert

Achieves strategic sales goals

Ensures achievement of CSI/NPS targets

Collaborates with sales team and maintains positive working relationships

Stays current on required manufacturing training

Work Experience:

Experienced in automotive sales or retail sales preferred

Significant customer service experience

Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems and technologies (preference for Eleads & AutoAlert)

Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

Knowledge of insurance procedures

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
