Job Description:

ANGARAI's workshop and training facilitator shall be responsible for leading workshops to support quality program deliverables. In addition, the facilitator will be responsible for facilitating training sessions to teams across the areas of work and preparation of materials for the training sessions.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and content for workshops and training programs. Design and develop instructional materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives.

Facilitation and Delivery: Conduct workshops and training sessions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles. Foster active participation and promote a positive learning experience.

Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the workshop topics. Provide expert guidance and support to participants during training sessions.

Participant Assessment: Evaluate participant performance and comprehension through assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, evaluations, and any relevant feedback. Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make improvements to content, delivery, and overall program effectiveness. Stay updated with industry best practices for training facilitation.

Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate logistical aspects of workshops, including scheduling, room setup, and technical requirements. Ensure all necessary resources and materials are available for participants.

Compliance and Adherence: Ensure that all workshops and training programs adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Background and Experience required:

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in facilitating training activities.

Experience working with quality management programs and plans is preferred.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in engineering, Transportation, English, or related field.

Strong skills in MS Office and experience with SharePoint Library Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of expertise using presentation/workshop tools and methodologies.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree is preferred.

Experience in Transportation, more specifically Communication and Signaling will be an added advantage.
