Job Description:

ANGARAI's The Senior Quality Program Manager shall be responsible for leading the Quality team to provide all program deliverables.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Quality Program Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Establish and communicate quality goals, objectives, and performance metrics.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead cross-functional teams to implement changes. Utilize Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies to drive efficiencies and reduce defects.

Quality Assurance and Control: Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with established quality standards.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish and maintain quality standards for suppliers and vendors. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize quality data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive improvement initiatives. Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality program effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring the organization remains in compliance with relevant quality requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, etc.) to ensure quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.

Background and Experience required:

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience developing quality programs compliant with Federal Transit Authority (FTA) or other Quality Management System requirements for transportation sectors.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in engineering, Transportation, Planning, Business, or related field.

Experience organizing and capturing technical information in document standards, rules, SOPs, and handbooks.

Experience working with controlled documentation.

Ability to extract information from key stakeholders, and to communicate the information in written form.

Strong skills in MS Office and experience with SharePoint Library Management.

Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Certified Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence (CQM/OE).

American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.

ProCore software experience preferred.

Experience in Transportation, more specifically Communication and Signaling will be an added advantage.
