They will be doing 400-600 invoices for entry into quickbooks weekly
.A/R experience/invoicing is required.
Must be on site every day.
Accounting Specialist
In this newly created role, you will support our Accounting and Finance team on following up with branches as needed to ensure our cash accounts are reconciled.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the AP Accounting Team
High volume A/R invoicing
Make and receive calls, take messages and route correspondence
Email branches to follow up on outstanding items or questions
Vendor management: facilitate and maintains relationships between organization and vendors
Requirements:
Accounting/AR experience preferred
QuickBooks highly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills required
Intermediate Excel experience a plus
Experience with credit applications a plus
1099 experience a plus
