COMPENSATION RANGE: $14.00-$15.00/hour based upon previous applicable experience.

THE COMPANY: Real Equity Management (REM) is a privately owned design-build and property management firm based in Columbia, Missouri. For more than 20 years, we have fulfilled community needs by building a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio across the Midwest. Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. We remain focused on our plans for growth and currently have several exciting projects under construction and in queue!

CORPORATE RECRUITING INTERN POSITION: As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting the recruiting team with various tasks throughout the hiring process. You will be entirely responsible for a pipeline of part-time/intern positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to both recruiters and hiring managers.

CORPORATE RECRUITING INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.

Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including responding to inquiries and providing updates on application status.

Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews as needed per job.

Post job openings on job boards, company website, and other relevant platforms.

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, job boards, professional networks).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate evaluation forms.

Coordinate pre-employment background checks.

Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.

CORPORATE RECRUITING INTERN REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED: Currently studying Business or related field.

REQUIRED: Previous sales and customer service experience

REQUIRED: Must be an excellent communicator; be outgoing, bubbly and approachable.

REQUIRED: Availability to work 15-20 hours/week

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
