YOUR ROLE AS A HOME SERVICES SCHEDULER - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

You're the shining star of our team! As the friendly and efficient point of contact between our clients and technicians, you're the go-to person for everything related to our plumbing and HVAC services. You answer calls, schedule appointments, dispatch skilled techs, and keep track of their availability. Your attention to detail also comes in handy when updating customer files and ordering required parts.

You take charge of preparing invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining our financial processes. Furthermore, you're always willing to help with any other tasks that arise to keep our office running smoothly. You take pride in your crucial role in keeping our business functioning like a well-oiled machine, and we're grateful to have you on our team!

OUR IDEAL HOME SERVICES SCHEDULER - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

We're looking for a Home Services Scheduler - Customer Service Associate that can clearly and effectively communicate with customers, manages time efficiently while prioritizing multiple tasks, is extremely organized and detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate can also meet the following qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of dispatch, customer service, or project management experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office applications

Strong geographical knowledge of our service area OR ability to accurately read maps

Plumbing or HVAC industry knowledge would be beneficial but isn't required for this dispatch position.
