Pay Rate: $15.00/hr to $18.00/hr depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday flexible schedule options of a schedule of 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, or 9 am to 6 pm available!

Responsibilities:
Schedule routine and emergency vehicle services
Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to obtain quotes for non-standard preventative maintenance for vehicles
Assist in coordinating and distributing company uniforms
Support the planning and execution of company events, including home shows
Assist with onboarding requirements for new hires
Perform day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Aid in marketing initiatives, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, and promotional activities
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience
High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Ability to pass a drug and background check
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Prioritization and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
Works successfully in a fast-paced environment
