Job Description:

The quality auditor will conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits of quality practices across the different COSI project delivery, engineering, and maintenance groups to support quality program deliverables. They will also support the team in creating and maintaining quality program KPIs.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct rigorous quality audits, examining adherence to established quality standards and protocols within the department.

Generate detailed audit reports, identify discrepancies, and track corrective actions to improve overall quality management.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with Quality Management Plans and industry regulations.

Participate in the development and enhancement of training programs, providing expertise on quality-related topics.

Offer guidance to address regulatory corrective actions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Transportation, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting quality audits, preferably for infrastructure planning and/or engineering projects.

Experience organizing technical information to document adherence to standards, rules, SOPs, and handbooks.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Experience using project management and communication software.

American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification; and

ProCore software experience preferred.

Experience in Transportation, more specifically Communication and Signaling will be an added advantage.
