Where do you fit in

The Sourcing Coordinator ensures compliance within the established procurement process by qualifying and training prospective subcontractors (Providers), while providing efficient and effective business support alongside service delivery and finance teams. Performance metrics for this role will include adherence to provider onboarding process, percentage of overall sourced sites, and enforcement of procurement related policies and procedures. This Sourcing Coordinator will be expected to develop intermediate understanding of subcontracting terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify service providers within specific geographic markets for stormwater maintenance.

Qualify providers for awarded sites by following the procurement process with due regard to project scope and client stakeholder requirements.

Communication and management of required compliance documents.

Foster relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers and other service providers.

Quality analysis of service provider performance adherence to scope of work

Problem solving and clear communication to enable efficient and effective provider management.

Data entry in various software systems as assigned.
