Litigation Attorney

The team is looking to hire a Civil Litigation Attorney immediately.

- Represent clients

- Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, appeals, motions etc.

- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.

- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

- Conduct research and analysis of legal issues.

- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.

- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- A minimum of 10 years in civil litigation.

- Admission to the TX Bar.

- Proven track record of achieving positive legal outcomes.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to manage large caseloads and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with civil litigation cases (employment law, partner disputes, real estate related construction, and collections

- Familiarity with legal research software.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
