Robert Half is looking for a contract to hire Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates to join our organization. You will play a vital role in building a talented and diverse workforce by coordinating recruitment efforts, engaging with potential candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and applicants, providing information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions process.

Review and evaluate applications for admission, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with admissions requirements and deadlines.

Communicate admissions decisions to applicants and provide assistance with enrollment procedures, including registration, financial aid applications, and housing arrangements.

Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and admissions events to attract and engage prospective students and families.

Collaborate with academic departments, faculty members, and student services staff to promote the institution's programs, services, and opportunities to prospective students.

Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational partners to facilitate recruitment efforts and strengthen enrollment pipelines.

Utilize recruitment databases and enrollment management systems to track applicant data, analyze trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Stay informed about current trends and best practices in admissions, enrollment management, and higher education to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media campaigns, to enhance the institution's visibility and attract prospective students.

Participate in admissions committees, orientation programs, and other student support initiatives to contribute to a positive and welcoming campus environment.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources coordination preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Customer Service experience.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
