- The candidate will be using their own device (need Windows 10) or if they don\'t have a device we will provide

- 7am to 7pm will be coverage for soft go live and go live. Shifts will be 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm.

Description

is merging/acquiring 100+ physicians practices . These physician practices will be migrating to network. There will be 1500 physicians and nurses that will be logging into the network, EPIC, and other applications for the first time. Soft Go Live is May 22nd to June 5th and actual Go Live is June 5th .

What our team will be handling :

- Level 1 service desk calls (password resets, light troubleshooting with Win 10 and Office 365)

- Setting up mobile phones, dual factor authentication

- Assisting with logging into EPIC and MyChart

- Will be using ServiceNow to track/log calls and delegate issue to the correct team members.

There may be multiple shifts that are instituted as we get closer to Go-Live. Peak time is identified as 7 am to 7pm and it is imperative that we have a team of folks that have flexibility within those hours.

Driven individuals with high level customer service, ticketing system experience, and at least one year of experience working on a help desk are ideal!
