Requirements Good English communication skills, especially in the written word (B2 level); Availability for work in shifts and during weekends (our support is available 24/7, 365 days a year); Strong desire for learning new things; Problem-solving aptitude.

Not essential, but welcome additions: Interest in gaming; German/French/Spanish/Italian language skills; Previous experience in the field of Customer Service is not required but good to have (or a related area involving serving customers); Transactional/financial verification experience; Scripting or web development skills of any level.
