About You

As an Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at K-Flex USA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.

Process orders efficiently and accurately using the company's ERP system, ensuring all details are entered correctly and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with the sales team, including Regional Sales Managers and National Sales Managers, to support their efforts in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Maintain thorough knowledge of K-Flex USA's product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively assist customers in finding the right solutions for their needs.

Utilize ERP system data to analyze customer trends, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contribute to sales strategies.

Assist with inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse team for replenishment, and conducting regular audits.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in processes or products.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong proficiency in ERP systems (experience with M3 a plus!) and other relevant software applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to customer issues.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs.

Ability to sit at a desk for the majority of the day and use of fingers for computing.
