Duties

Content Pack out and storage (Removing clothes, linens, furniture, kitchenware, tools, etc. that are

affected by the disaster)

Documentation of inventory -- manual and electronic

Cleaning of affected furniture, appliances, clothing, etc... at our warehouse (Ironing, folding and packing laundry)

Packing back contents after building has been repaired

Additional other duties as required

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Perform duties in a subordinate role on high-end, complex, and large projects

Develop complete mastery in documentation of contents

Develop an understanding a connection between all content phases of production.

Documentation of contents using accurate photographic, manual and electronic inventorying

Adhere to MSDS recognized standards

Must maintain attention to detail

Will be required to meet BKP Standards in safeguarding other people's property

Must have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices

Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines

Will be required to travel periodically

Report time worked and equipment and consumables used timely and accurately

Attend BKP sponsored operations and safety training courses as required

Disaster support company. When a fire or flood occurs we remove the building contents (clothes, tables, beds, chairs, kitchen items, tools, office supplies, documents, etc...) and we take them to our warehouse where we clean and deodorize the items. When clean and dry, we store them in vaults until the building has been repaired. Then we return the items to the repaired home so the families can get back to living their lives. We clean both hard and soft items. Must be comfortable sorting, folding, ironing and packing clothing.
