Magneco/Metrel, Inc., an International Refractory company with multiple locations is seeking accounting, logistics, supply chain and general office staff to expand our team with ambitious critical thinkers to multitask in a fast-paced and professional environment. This opportunity is available at our corporate office in Deerfield, IL and the successful candidate will bring a degree or experience in accounting, logistics or supply chain and be fully responsible for daily tasks including but not limited to customer order and manufacturing order processing, scheduling and arranging shipments and creating related documents for both domestic and international shipments, inventory control enforcement and sop compliance for activity within any monitored and managed location. This person will cross-train, interact, coordinate and collaborate with the worldwide Magneco/Metrel team and customer base. A strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, advanced Excel reporting, and ERP software such as Nav/Business Central or similar as well as ability to pick up new process quickly is a must.
