Job Role
:Manages a set of 10 Account manager
sOperates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mappe
dDevelops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competitio
nAcquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employee
sExpected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solution
sEnsuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced
.Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell product
sAdhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to tim
eEnsuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
