Technical Expertise:

Implement & Automate process to deliver and handle the client releases.

Focus on Automation to reduce the manual tasks using the Infrastructure As code (IAC) using

Terraform.

Strong Knowledge on Azure( AKS, key-vault, storage accounts, load balancers, security, monitoring

concepts, Networking, ARO, HA, Disaster Recovery),

Install, Configure and Maintain openshift & Kubernetes in both on-premises and cloud Environments.

Knowledge on Microservices Architecture and API gateways.

Experience with ServiceMesh Istio implementation.

Building and Maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency in one or more scripting languages.

`Key Responsibilities:

Handling Client calls and Releases.

Collaborate with development team on critical customer related performance issues.

Ability to review deployment and operational environments to reduce the failures.

Deployment Support on Client Environments in SIT, UAT, PTE, PROD

Creation of self-signed certificates to configure SSL setup for Kubernetes, kafka, activemq.

Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.

Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with colleagues, customers and other professionals,

such as software developers.

Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Take ownership of customer cloud issues effectively communicating with workgroups on behalf of end

customers to resolve problems promptly.

Testing and evaluating new technology.

Any graduation with at least 4 years of demonstrated experience as a DevOps Engineer with banking domain knowledge.
