Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant at Chakar Tour and Travels. As a Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, organizing guided tours, and delivering excellent customer service. Your role will involve effectively communicating with clients to understand their travel preferences, recommending suitable travel options, and managing travel bookings.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience in travel consulting and organizing guided tours

Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks

Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systems

Knowledge of local tourist attractions and destinations

Fluency in English and one or more local languages is a plus
