We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager cum Bench Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, understanding and fulfilling client requirements, and actively participating in bench sales activities.

Job Title: Account Manager cum Bench Sales (US Staffing)

Location: Hyderabad – Onsite – Work from Office

Timings – 8:30 pm – 5:30 am IST – This is a NIGHT SHIFT JOB

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Understand client requirements thoroughly, including technical specifications and project timelines.

Proactively engage with clients to identify staffing needs and provide suitable solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions and address any client concerns promptly.

Proven experience in account management, and bench sales within the US staffing industry.

Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles, technologies, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Screen the resumes technically and qualify the best resumes to be submitted to the client manager/VMS.

Strong technical understanding of IT skills and a clear understanding of job requirements.

Bench Sales:

Manage bench candidates effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and placement.

Identify suitable job opportunities for bench candidates and actively market them to prospective clients.

Facilitate the placement process, including resume submission, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

Provide ongoing support to placed candidates, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BTech- Computer Science, or related field.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
