Investor Relations has been instrumental in building HZL’s brand in the industry and develop mutually beneficial relationships with bankers with bankers, investors, and venture capitalists, which has translated into exceptional business opportunities for HZL-Vedanta.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will closely work with global & domestic investors, fund managers, analyst & ESG experts to improve depth, quality and diversity of our shareholder base & register of investors, thereby ensuring accurate and optimum valuation of the company. They will communicate Vedanta’s compelling story to the investor showcasing our vision, leadership, performance, delivery, corporate governance standards, industry leading best practices and top tier assets. They will curate communication strategy for periodic earnings call, board meetings annual report & press release, and support senior leadership with key insights and actionable on investor relations agenda.

Candidate Profile:

CA/MBA/CMA with more than 10 years of experience. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking ability and excellent communication will be preferred for role. Deep understanding of capital market transactions with sharp focus on Technology, Data Analytics, Benchmarking with global best practices will be key success factors for this role.
