Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a IB PYP Homeroom Teacher at New York Academy in Hyderabad. The IB PYP Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. The teacher will create a positive and engaging learning environment for students, implement the school's curriculum, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

Experience in lesson planning, education, and teaching

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to engage and inspire students

Experience in training and professional development

Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) is a plus

Positive attitude towards learning and personal growth

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

Teaching certification is preferred
