Introduction:

At ToneOp, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to spearhead our development team. This position requires a profound knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, an excellent understanding of mobile application development, system design, database management, and DevOps practices. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects, designing high-quality software solutions, and nurturing a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Project Management:

- Lead a team of developers in creating high-performance, scalable web and mobile applications.

- Manage the full lifecycle of software development, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure team adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance.

- Use JIRA and MS Teams effectively for project tracking and team communication.

- Development and Implementation:

- Design and develop advanced applications for the React Native mobile platform and oversee Flutter application basics.

- Develop sophisticated web applications using Next.js, React.js, and integrate WordPress solutions where appropriate.

- Build robust backend systems using Python with Django, Flask, and Node.js ensuring dynamic and responsive interfaces with HTML/CSS/Ajax.

- System Architecture:

- Design and implement scalable and robust system architectures.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Database Management:

- Design and manage database schemas with a deep understanding of MySQL operations and optimizations.

- DevOps and System Operations:

- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.

- Oversee and improve continuous integration and delivery systems.

- Quality Assurance:

- Lead the development and execution of automated tests in Selenium and manage manual testing procedures to ensure software quality.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 9 years of software development experience with a proven track record as a tech lead.

- Extensive experience with mobile development in React Native and a basic understanding of Flutter.

- Expertise in developing web applications using Next.js, React.js, PHP, and WordPress.

- Strong experience with backend technologies including Python (Django, Flask) and Node.js.

- Proficient in database design and management with MySQL.

- Experienced with AWS cloud services and understanding of DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with both automated and manual testing, specifically with Selenium.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing software development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.

- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
