Achievement of regional Budgets with the desired product/channel mix
Develop budgets and execution plans for all channels, lines and branches in consultation
with respective Channel Heads and CEO/CMO and its timely implementation.
Thorough market understanding and developing strategies accordingly
To undertake the resource allocation / planning recruitment to achieve targeted business
growth within defined expense budget in alignment with laid out business practices
Maintenance of overall business compliance standards
Training of all agents / employees takes place periodically
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate or Post Graduate
Insurance Qualified (Preferred) – ( Associate, Licentiate, Fellow)
Minimum 9 - 14years of Sales / Distribution experience out of which last three years should be leading a zone or a regional level sales responsibility in the General Insurance sector.
COMPETENCY
Multi-tasking ability, Strategic thinking, Demonstrative leadership abilities, Strong Motivator, Ability to integrate oneself at multiple level.
Hands-on knowledge about the competitive scenario, practices followed in retail distribution of Insurance & other financial products .
Understanding the risk, balance sheet, profitability etc.
