The Day-to-Day

Together with business managers to analyze requirements and propose/deliver the data science part of the AI solutions. Perform complex analyses, including optimization, text analytics, machine learning, statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques to solve business problems.

Advanced quantitative modules using a variety of programs/software to support predictive assessments and work on the development and deliverance of advancing the internal/proprietary AI tooling and framework

With software engineering teams and DevOps teams to ensure the comprehensive delivery of AI Solutions.

Technical and scientific coaching/training to other data scientists and communicate analytics model behavior/results to the business

Out technical risk analysis and reliability assessments and design algorithms that require different models/methods to be used together

Your Background

Education: Masters Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with at least 5 years of industry experience as a data scientist or equivalent position

Communication skills with experience communicating with non-technical and business audience.

Tutoring and mentoring junior data scientists.

Advanced level knowledge of the following areas:

Statistical analysis, tests, and modelling: Bayesian, Likelihood estimations

Fundamental analytics, visualization and data understanding, ability to explain findings and visuals

ML and DL core modelling: Time Series, Parametric and Non-parametric, probabilistic, Data sourcing, EDA and data manipulation

Mlflow and DS production pipeline building

Proficiency in standard packages and languages including Python, Scala, Julia, Matlab, and R.

Strong collaboration, analytical and leadership skills
