.Net Team Lead

1. Key Responsibilities:

· Design and Develop software for Point of Sale – core and feature enhancement.

· Port legacy code/applications and modules to new platform

· Verify and validate platform against legacy performance and full operating conditions.

· Experienced in conducting code reviews.

· Deliver quality applications as per company standards.

· Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle

· Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards.

· Be a quick learner of the internal framework. 3. Relationships

2. Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have.

Minimum Experience: 9-12 years

Education: Graduation/ Degree: BE/BTech/MCA Post-Graduation/ PGDM: Good to have Mandatory Certifications Required: None

Other preferred courses/ certifications: SCM, PSM, Agile training, PCI, PA-DSS, SISA 5. Background and Skills: Domain – Payments, Point of Sale

4. Skills:

OOPS Expert in C#.Net, C++.

Skill for writing reusable C# libraries.

Solid grasp and fluent in common design patterns

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Knowledge of SQL databases

Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

Knowledge of HTML5 - CSS

Experience working in eventually consistent systems.

Experience in Jira, Agile and Scrum

5. Conduct code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.

6. Manage and work closely with development teams.

7. Provide direction for Developers.
