Department: PMS & AIF – Channel Management

Job Title: Sales and Business Development – B2B

Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/UP/Kolkata/Ahmedabad/Chandigarh/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore/Indore

Experience: 7–10 years in PMS/AIF setup; (Freshers do not apply)

Education Qualification: Any postgraduate degree/CA/CS, etc. Knowledge of equity markets will help.

Responsibilities:

Driving Sales of PMS & AIF Products in B2B Channels: Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) products across Wealth, PCG, Bank, and IFA channels.

Effective Communication: Ability to comprehend investment approach and products and effectively communicate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) across various distribution channels.

Channel Expansion: Onboard and cultivate the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channel for the sale of PMS/AIF Products, ensuring a broad market reach.

Team Coordination: Organize and lead team huddles and client events across channels to drive sales, fostering team collaboration and motivation.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel partners by delivering exceptional, personalized customer service, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

Sales Generation: Responsible for generating sales and nurturing relationships with existing distributors/clients. Identify potential distributors/clients, drive business development, and empanel them onboard for our AIF/PMS Investment Products.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including the creation of necessary collaterals, to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.

Requirements:

Equity Market Expertise: Strong understanding of equity markets and trends to effectively position PMS/AIF products in the market.

Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships in the financial services industry.

Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to dynamic market conditions and evolving client needs.
