We are currently seeking an experienced Tiler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles in various settings, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. The Tiler will collaborate with other team members, follow project specifications, and adhere to industry standards to deliver top-notch tiling solutions.

Responsibilities

· Tile Installation: Execute precise and high-quality tile installations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

· Interpreating plans, planning tiling works.

· Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives or underlayment.

· Measurement and Cutting: Accurately measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.

· Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate tiles, grout, and other materials based on project specifications and client preferences.

· Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure that the finished work meets quality standards, durability, and aesthetic requirements.

· Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on existing tile installations, addressing any issues or damages

· Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members

· Communication: Collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure clear communication and project coordination.

· Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools and equipment relevant to the tiling trade

Skills and Attributes:

· Minimum 1 year of experience

· Relevant Qualifications

· Knowledge of various tile materials, adhesives, and grouts.

· Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings

· Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
