Clasico Italian Chop House - Immediate Executive Sous Chef Needed

Main Street Entertainment Group, a renowned restaurant management and development group, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a fun and motivating work atmosphere
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist the Executive Chef with inventory and ordering
Have basic knowledge of profit and loss spreadsheets
Ability to control labor and costs to make or beat budget
Must have the ability to create fun and innovative food specials
Ability to work all stations in the kitchen if called upon
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant with at least 2 years of experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for Italian cuisine and creativity in menu development
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
