Maintenance Mechanic is needed for a food plant in Swedesboro.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Assist maintenance manager with a Preventative Maintenance Program Follow all GMP, HACCP, GFSI Standards (preferably SQF) and Safety regulations and guidelines.

Preventative maintenance of dough related technology lines.

Repair and maintain spiral proofers/freezers, mixers, dough sheeter, kettles, water chillers, utensil washer, baking ovens, box erector/sealers, skid wrapper, metal detectors, assorted conveyors, air compressor, pumps, etc.

Able to read blueprints and schematics.

Support production by ensuring the safe and proper operation of high-speed food processing equipment and machinery.

Assist outside contractors and vendors in completing company projects.

Communicate with management for directions informing of any problems and issues that can cause equipment failure.

Knowledge in HVAC/refrigeration, stainless steel welding and plumbing skills are preferable

All levels of experience will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS OF A MAINTENANCE MECHANIC:

High school degree, technical school preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must be able to work independently, follow through and complete tasks and handle a multi-task workload.

PAY RATE OF A MAINTENANCE MECHANIC:

60,000 / yearly
