Conduct thorough inspections of items in need of packing out, storage inventory, and restoration in Lakeland, FL, US.

Provide detailed and accurate estimates for packing out, storage, and restoration procedures tailored to the specific location in Lakeland, FL, US.

Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the efficient and effective execution of project estimates in Lakeland, FL, US.

Maintain and organize all documentation and records related to estimates, inspections, and project progress in Lakeland, FL, US.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement; a related field associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary in utilizing Xactimate software for estimating content management services.

The ability to pay close attention to detail and accurately evaluate and estimate damages is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
