We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agent who wants to grow their practice with unlimited opportunities. This agent must have amazing customer service skills and a drive to succeed to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate to achieve and protect their goals! Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Disability Insurance, Retirement Solutions, and more. You are advancing your practice for yourself but now alone! $100,000 at plan commissionResponsibilities:
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
What is expected of our Agents?
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients
Grow your practice for yourself Not by yourself
Add solutions to address the client's needs, long-term care, disability, and income solutions
Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
Educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise
Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time
Qualifications:
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life”
Strong business acumen
Professional business demeanor
Perseverance in the face of a challenge
Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts
