Accounting Clerk

Lincoln is on the lookout for an individual with between 1-3 years of IT related experience. Candidate must also have a strong desire to be a part of a nationally recognized company in the fastest growing industry on earth, and to never hate going to work on Mondays again.

Duties and Responsibilities

Record accounting data/transactions in an accurate and timely manner.

Receive, process, and verify AP invoices.

Communicate and manage relationships with vendors and clients.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports.

Assist with accounts receivable, billing and collections.

Provide support to finance and accounting staff.

Create and update spreadsheets.

Perform other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skill

Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.

Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.

Strong data entry and word processing skills.

Good communication skills.

Previous accounting experience a plus but not necessary.

Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful.
