Role Overview:

As a White Glove Inspector at ARCXIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each finished home meets our home building standards. Your keen eye for detail and aesthetics will be integral to upholding the visual quality of the builders homes, thereby minimizing the buyer walk list – a list of items that need rectification before the buyer's move-in. You will be responsible for conducting thorough cosmetic inspections of both the exterior and interior of finished homes, leaving no stone unturned to guarantee a flawless presentation.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive cosmetic inspections of finished homes, meticulously examining both exterior and interior elements.

Identify and document any cosmetic imperfections, defects, or discrepancies in accordance with ARCXIS's quality standards.

Collaborate with our construction and finishing teams to ensure that identified issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including descriptions, photographs, and status updates.

Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to refining our cosmetic standards and inspection processes.

Communicate inspection findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Uphold the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality inspections.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

A discerning eye for cosmetics and an inherent appreciation for aesthetics.

Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to identify even the smallest imperfections.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and effective collaboration.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently.

High level of professionalism and the ability to interact positively with various teams and stakeholders.

Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.

Knowledge of construction practices and materials is advantageous.
