Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Foreman to help manage landscape jobs.

Work with a team to install landscapes.

Inspect daily work to ensure quality.

Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organizations in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites.

Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Positive attitude and attention to detail

Requirements:

Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication

Experience in landscaping preferred but not required.

Valid Driver's license.

Effective communication skills.

Capable of operating required equipment and tools. Training available.

Love to work in the beautiful Michigan weather.
