Our Office & Administration team is now seeking an Office Clerk.
About us: We are hiring for our logistics division that supports the wine transportation industry. We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Office Clerk to assist in business operations. This is a long term position with opportunity to grow and promote within. The position is Monday-Friday, full-time, from 7:30am-4:00pm daily in Rancho Cordova, with a starting pay between $18-$20/hour based on experience.
The job involves intaking customer orders, assisting in filing/data entry, and managing customers via Microsoft suite (emails, phone calls, and more). If you feel you have a customer service attitude and are willing to learn, we would be glad to meet and discuss the career in detail.
Requirements:
Associates or higher degree in relevant fields, or equivalent previous experience
Be willing and able to sit for long periods of time
Work off of windows computers and use word, excel, outlook and other common programs frequently
Customer service attitude, be able to speak over the phone, take orders, and write emails in the English language professionally
2nd language highly preferred but not required (Spanish or Vietnamese)
Be willing and able to take direction and learn
Able to type on computers proficiently
