$85,000 - $130,000 at planResponsibilities:
An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results

Qualifications:
Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
Driven to succeed in sales and in life
A real estate license required
