Shift: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30am - 4:30pm (24 hours per week)

Qualifications:

Current CNA license

Current CPR and First Aid certification

At least 3 years of experience in the field

Must have valid drivers license and auto insurance

Must have reliable transportation

Must have good oral and written communication skills

Must be able to understand care plans and assessments

Must have current doctors health clearance to work which includes a negative TB testResponsibilities to include but not limited to:

Personal Care (Bathing, dressing, and transfer)

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping

Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes

Assist with medication reminders

Exercise with the client

Engage the client in conversation
