Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on aluminum components according to engineering drawings and specifications

Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

Conduct visual inspections of welded parts to ensure conformance to quality standards

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of welding equipment and work area

Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes

Adhere to quality control measures and standards

Document production and quality records accuratelyRequired Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as an aluminum MIG welder

Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation

Strong knowledge of aluminum properties and welding techniques

Ability to use various welding tools and equipment

Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy

Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in welding

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Physical strength and stamina to perform welding tasks

Understanding of quality control processes and standards

Welding certification or relevant vocational training is a plus
