Entry Level IT Administrator

Job Location: Coleman, MI and Saginaw, MI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16-$18 per hour

Do you use a computer on a daily basis? Can you Google, "how to fix my computer"? Are you your family's go to computer repair person? Then we have a job for you!

Highway & Heavy Parts sells diesel engine parts nationwide. Our specialty is diesel engine parts for the on-road, off-road, marine and industrial markets. We’re growing fast and need to bring in outstanding talent to help us meet our goals. We are located in Coleman & Saginaw MI.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Offer technical support to internal and remote employees

Troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they appear

Maintain communication with other departments in a systemic way

Complete IT tickets and projects based on set priorities and deadlines

Improve current systems and processes to make the company more efficient

Required Skills and Qualities

High School or equivalent

Computer proficiency

Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills

Helpful Qualifications

Previous IT experience (Help Desk, Tech Support, etc.)
