Key Responsibilities:

Precision Payroll Processing: Lead our payroll process with precision and punctuality, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards at every step.

Master of HRIS: Take charge of our HRIS system, maintaining pristine employee records and generating insightful reports to drive strategic decision-making.

LMS Maestro: Orchestrate our Learning Management System, guiding employee development through course assignments and progress tracking.

COBRA Champion: Ensure seamless administration of COBRA benefits, maintaining clear communication with eligible employees and unwavering compliance with regulations.

FMLA Navigator: Expertly navigate FMLA processes, managing documentation and tracking leave with finesse.

OSHA Compliance Custodian: Uphold our commitment to OSHA compliance through meticulous recordkeeping and essential safety training coordination.

Data Integrity Guardian: Safeguard the integrity of our HRIS/LMS systems through regular audits, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS/LMS administration, with a strong background in payroll processing.

In-depth knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, and OSHA regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paycom, ADP, and Learning Management Systems.

Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
