Job Description
At Gordon Contractors, project managers are responsible for preparing product data and shop drawing submittal packages, ordering materials, estimating costs, and managing project budgets. They are responsible for coordinating work with Gordon Contractors field superintendents, change orders, scope revisions and other tasks that are routinely necessary to complete your job responsibilities.
A PM will generally be responsible for managing five (5) to eight (8) roofing/waterproofing projects with a contract value of three (3) to six (6) million dollars.
Requirements: 5 years construction experience, degree in engineering
