Overview:

Starting Pay: $18.50

Start Date: May 13th, 2024

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday: OFF

Sunday: OFF

*Employees are given the option to work from home after 4-6 months of proficient performance*

The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of financial transactions to serve Suncoast Credit Union members. An ideal candidate is comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera.

Responsibilities:

Process a variety of financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals

Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures

Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously

Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions

Perform end-of-day balancing

Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements

Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members

Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge

Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee’s role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program

Complete FACT Act Red Flag training

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines

Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management

Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously

Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
