Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team and be a part of a company dedicated to making a positive impact through delicious and nutritious food offerings. As the Sales Rep - Ingredients, you will play a key role in supporting the sales department with day-to-day activities. This position is an entry-level sales position with the goal of working with new customers. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, driven, and ready to contribute to our collaborative team environment.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist sales managers of the Ingredient Division with daily sales activities.

Learn all aspects and procedures associated with sales of the Ingredient Division.

Perform daily tasks, such as organizing shipments, liaising with suppliers and customers, sending and receiving samples and keeping track of customer accounts.

Establish positive working relationships with existing and new customers.

Obtain superior knowledge and remain knowledgeable on products offered

Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow, achieve and support department’s sales goals

Proactively drive sales

Suggest ways to improve sales

Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers

Other duties as assignedRequirements:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

1-3 years of relevant experience required.

Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Excellent computer skills including, all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required.

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

Must be efficient with strong attention to detail.

Must have strong, customer support orientation, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.

Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.

Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.

Ability to speak a second language is preferred.

Logistics background preferred, but not required

Ability to work on-site in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office
