Responsibilities:
Professionally manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries
Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Manage and handle department emails in a timely manner
Assist other department employees with membership related questions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement to excel in this role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to utilize software for data management and reporting purposes
Customer Service/Administrative Experience: Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred, showcasing your ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Dependable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and reliability are crucial in maintaining team efficiency and meeting company goals

Compensation - $18.00 per hour
