ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

Supports operational goals and monitors achievements of performance for social success for Hollywood Casino St. Louis, River City Casino and Hotel, and Argosy Alton

Responsible for assisting with monitoring and managing the property Facebook, Instagram, Twitter pages.

Assists with daily assigned workflow and follows through with execution of organic and paid social media.

Develops, schedules, and monitors all Social Media feedback and content and responds in accordance with response rule best practices as set forth by corporate marketing or industry standards.

Assists with social media creative design workflow, feedback, and placement in coordination with Regional Social Media Administrator or Manager.

Assists with creating reporting decks for month end reports and best demonstrated practices.

Responsible for social media posting strategy logic and implementation in coordination with Administrator and Manager.

Creates and maintains Social Media assets and promotions in support of property initiatives.

Utilizes measurement tools to quantify and grow Social Media presence.

Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with Administrator and manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

Assists all marketing departments as needed, including acting as an ambassador to the property, servicing high value guests and assisting in promotional events.

Assists with adding analytics code and tagging implementation in accordance with analytics measurement strategy.

Assists with content creation coordination such as scheduling video shoots, coordinating materials with category experts\talent.

Helps Identify content needs for properties such as video needs, possible entertainment ideas, info graphics, etc. Implementing content need improvement projects.

Assists with using the communication tools for the property. These consist of social media messaging, responding to questions and managing the general email inbox.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in marketing or related field; minimum of six months interactive marketing and social media experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Gaming experience highly preferred but not required.

Ideally have experience with art design programs, website design, and familiarity with social media tools.

Must have proven ability in web copy and managing large scale, social media accounts.

Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

STARTING SALARY:

$18.00 per hour
