Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at one of our High profile accounting firms in Houston TX. The Food Operation is Catering Services only.

About the location

This location can have up to 2000 people on site this includes employees and guest for trainings, meetings and orientations. All food is brought in from outside local restaurants

The General Manager 3 will oversee 1 Salaried Food Operations Manager and 5 hourly employees. The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 on site and will support high-end C suite VIP Meetings, while maximizing guest satisfaction. Other Duties will include but not limited to:

Manage the budget/finances for the business

Manage the client relationship

Ensuring timely delivery, set up and presentation of food

Process the billing

Creating and Managing Vendor relationships

Ideal candidate will have a strong catering background, must be detailed oriented, excellent time management skills and presentation skills.

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, Monday through Friday schedule. However, the ideal candidate must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends when needed.

Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
