Logistics Manager/Director - Natural Gas Liquids (NGL)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing and Logistics Director to spearhead our NGL product strategies and logistics operations. This role is critical in managing and optimizing the marketing, contracting, scheduling, and delivery of NGL products and residue gas across our natural gas gathering and processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for NGL products and natural gas, enhancing product reach and profitability.

Coordinate the transportation logistics of NGLs via pipeline and truck to meet operational needs and customer commitments.

Oversee and manage inventory levels at processing plants to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with contractual obligations.

Optimize financial performance by managing plant outputs, product recoveries, and minimizing imbalances at various stages of the supply chain.

Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, and Accounting to align strategies and optimize overall business performance.

Maintain robust analytical frameworks to support strategic decisions and report on market dynamics and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, focusing on safety and ethical business practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in the crude, natural gas, or NGL industry.

Experience with NGL Processing and Gathering

MUST have NGL (natural gas liquids) Experience - can have combination of other liquids and gases but NGL required

SCHEDULING experience is required- this position is heavy on scheduling

Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and data analysis with a strong ability to present and leverage market insights.

Strong command of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.

Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and manage a diverse team effectively.

Capacity to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic, competitive environment.
