Position Overview
Established State Farm Agency located in Alexandria, VA, has an immediate opening for a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented, individual to join our team.
As a State Farm team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Insurance experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

$15.00/hour plus; depending on experience and/or licensing
